CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for choosing ivermectin suppliers. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services.
 
We understand that sometimes a customer may wish to cancel an order placed on our website, and we respect that decision. To do so, we kindly ask you to follow the below process:
 
1. You must notify us in writing (jamscaro74@gmail.com) within 7 days of your original order being placed if you wish to cancel an item or the entire order.
2. Please include all necessary details including the full name, address, and telephone number associated with the account.
3. If cancellation is made prior to dispatch of items. Then all money paid will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Within 5 working days of a notice being received by ivermectin suppliers.
4. If an item has already been dispatched when a cancellation request is received then a full refund. Will be given for items returned in perfect condition (sealed where appropriate). Postage costs for returns shall be borne by the customer and refunds. Will not be issued until the goods have been safely returned and checked against their original condition. We advise you to retain the proof of postage until a refund has been processed successfully.
 
5. Any refusal of an order must be notified within 7 days and confirmed in writing, either by email or post.
